Do you ever feel like you get in your own way? Maybe your nutrition is dialed in but you can’t get the exercise portion right. Or maybe your exercise routine is solid but you just can’t nail the nutrition portion. Does that ever make you feel like you just shouldn’t do any of it?
Consider this- if one of your tires went flat would you go around and slash the other ones? No! You would figure out what you need to do to get the tire changed. You would accept that it won’t happen immediately and that it may be a bit of a headache to get it taken care of.
If one aspect of your healthy lifestyle isn’t dialed in that doesn’t mean you have to give up completely. Take stock of what is and isn’t working, address them to the best of your abilities, and keep going!
